Password required

Your user name is your first initial, followed by your last name. ie: John Smith's user name is JSmith (Case Sensitive). Your password is your phone number on file with the Optical Society. So, if your phone number is 716-555-0000, your password is 555-0000. If your phone number is 910-555-0000, your password is 910-555-0000.
